27th Jan
Royal Mail has now resumed international deliveries. They are asking business customer to hold off sending new customers for the moment while they clear the backlog. Any outstanding orders should be cleared within the coming weeks. International orders can still be sent via our courier options. We're looking at future fail-safe options to avoid any future disruption. Apologies to all customers who have been affected.

Royal Mail is experiencing severe service disruption to their international export services following a cyber incident. We are temporarily unable to despatch items to overseas destinations until further notice. Items that have already been despatched may be subject to delays.
Royal Mail is working around the clock to restore their systems. The security and safety of our customers and their data are paramount. We are unaware of any sensitive customer data being compromised at this stage and will not produce any international labels until it is safe to do so.
We will keep you updated when the service is back up and running.
