As a result of rising costs in all areas of our production, raw materials and shipping services - from Wednesday 1st June - our print products will rise on average by 9% (note that all our existing products include free UK delivery).

We have looked at all areas of our supply chain to keep this unavoidable price rise to a minimum, so we can continue to deliver the highest standards in print quality, customer service and our industry leading order and preview application.

To help mitigate these price rises for all our customers, we are introducing a new quantity discount system for all our print only products. If you order 3 or more print only items - giclee, rolled canvas or self-adhesive prints - you will receive substantial discounts. Note that each print can be of a different size or image, as long as it's in the same order and delivered as a batch in the same consignment.

Quantity / batch discounts for print only products will now automatically be calculated and applied in the basket and clearly summarised at the top of the page - please see some examples and the quantity discount table below:

Prices include vat and free delivery within the UK mainland.

For trade customers that have existing flat-rate discounts, this will continue to apply in your basket, unless the quantity discount is greater.

We have added a new file attachment feature which can be used by trade customers. This is available at the end of the order process to make it easier to include delivery notes, invoices or other printed assets. 

Typically this would be notes from marketplaces (such as Etsy, Not on the High Street etc.) associated with an order that we dispatch direct to your customers and would replace a white-label delivery note that you may have already setup on your account.

Delivery schedule over the festive period:

Any giclee prints ordered after cut-off dates will be dispatched after 26th December. Framed and mounted prints will not be dispatched until 2nd week January onwards.

We now use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard for all Giclee prints with an order value of less than £75.00. This service is fully tracked and delivers within 2-3 days. 

All Royal Mail tracked services include delivery confirmation using GPS and a Local Collect option at 10,000 Post Offices and 1,200 customer service points, or you can nominate an alternate delivery date or a safe place to leave your parcel.

For orders greater than £75 we will send these via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service free of charge.

We have also introduced 24 hour tracked and 24 tracked and signed services. For more information on delivery options for giclee prints, see this article.

Please note that Dibond, Perspex and Gatorboard mounts are temporarily unavailable to order online. Apologies for any disruption this may cause you.

After lots of requests, we're delighted to introduce a new paper:

Ilford Galerie Smooth Gloss 310gsm

This smooth bright-white paper is ideal for both vivid colours and deep blacks. Comprising the very latest optically clear coating, it's superb clarity and sharpness offer unashamedly striking prints with superior density and detail.

After lots of testing we feel this new paper offers the similar clarity and depth of colour to Canson papers but with an increased weight at 310gsm.

This paper now replaces Canson Photo Gloss 270gsm. We do still have stock of this paper, so if you need to fulfil any existing sales, please order as normal and then request this in the order notes.

Our new Ilford paper will shortly be available in our updated sample packs.

We are announcing some price increases to our framing service and some of our largest giclee print sizes.

Over the last few months we have had to absorb increases in paper and ink costs and raw materials used for frame mouldings. Alongside this there have been increases in delivery costs from Royal Mail and courier services such as Fed Ex.

We've had to pass on some of these costs from our suppliers, there is an average increase of 2.8% for giclee prints and 9% for framed prints.

For giclee prints this only affects sizes larger than A2 (59 x 42cm), for example:

For framed prints there is a variable increase across all sizes, using a category B frame as an example:

Prices include vat and delivery within the UK mainland. All other products are unaffected.
