Our oversize giclée printing service - archival pigment prints up to 1.5 x 3m (and longer) - is now available on Canson Infinity Baryta 310gsm and Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth 305gsm. We will be introducing additional papers at this size very soon.
Please note that we assume you will be mounting or framing your print. Therefore, we do not trim oversize prints (wider than 107cm) by default. Instead your print will arrive at a 60-inch width and we leave crop marks and your order number on the print; as most framers will be able to trim the print for you before framing if required. If your oversize print is being float-mounted this it will normally require additional bleed anyway.
However, we can trim prints up to 250cm long at an additional cost, do leave this in your order notes when you checkout and ideally, give us a call to confirm.
If you need white paper borders on your oversize print, you can add these in your imaging application before uploading, or use our uploader to add them to your image.
The maximum file size is 200MB, or approximately 18,000 x 18,000 pixels. We recommend saving your file as a JPEG at maximum quality, no more than 240 PPI/DPI. A resolution of 100 to 150 PPI is typically sufficient for prints of this size, given the viewing distance. If your file exceeds our upload limit, you will need to send it to us via point101.wetransfer.com.

To make your experience even smoother, we've introduced a handy new shortcut for your print orders. You can now type in print.new in your web browser to quickly start your order with us. This is part of our transition from the previous art.new link, which will become redundant on 31st January 2026.

On July 30, 2025, the United States Government announced a new Executive Order detailing major changes to customs duties and procedures for importing goods into the USA starting from August 29, 2025.
We're currently working with Royal Mail to integrate a solution into our checkout system, enabling our customers to pre-pay duties on products going to the United States. This will be a 10% duty on the goods value (excluding shipping).
We hope to have this enabled soon. In the meantime, you can go ahead and place your order as usual, and we will send you an updated invoice with the duty cost once your order has been processed.
Due to rising production, materials, and shipping costs, our self-serve framing prices will increase by an average of 10% starting April 1st 2024. The pricing for a couple of our ultra panoramic sizes will not increase.
All our framed prints are custom-made, include dry-mounting at larger sizes beyond A2 and come with free UK delivery. We maintain high standards in print quality, service and our online ordering system.
There are also selective price increases for our largest giclee print sizes A0 and upwards.
We had reports of some users unable to use our crop tool. This has now been fixed.

We have now removed the option to order battens for prints larger than 60 x 40 inches as we recommend an aluminium sub-frame for added strength.

We're happy to announce that we're now an official Canson-certified print studio.
Canson experts meticulously review and certify all studios in the program. The certification process involves rigorous scrutiny of various criteria. A key criterion is the ability of the print studios to provide sound advice on Canson's digital print portfolio, including its strengths and variety. Additionally, the studios must have a comprehensive Colour Management system, including custom ICC-Profiles or Canson's ICC-Profiles. Their extensive knowledge and proficiency must ensure a consistent and professional printing experience.

We're pleased to announce we have added two new giclee papers to our range.
310gsm. This paper has a unique coating, producing outstanding prints with beautiful depth and three-dimensional qualities. The printed areas have a soft sheen, while the unprinted areas remain matte to accentuate details.
340gsm. This paper has a special silvery-shimmering finish, creating a unique metallic effect for impressive printing results with bold colours and deep blacks. The sophisticated silver metallic effect emphasises the image and creates a unique shine.
